Effective Date: July 23, 2026

Satz Integrated Services LLC (“Satz Integrated Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website avisatz.com (the “Site”) and provides executive, life, and group coaching services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you, including rights specific to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

This policy applies to visitors of the Site and to clients and prospective clients who interact with us by phone, email, or through our online forms.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and any details you submit through our contact form, booking requests, or email correspondence, including information you choose to share about your coaching goals.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, we (and analytics providers we use) may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general location, typically through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health/medical information through the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to inquiries and schedule consultations; deliver and administer coaching services; send administrative communications; improve and maintain the Site; understand how visitors use the Site; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (such as analytics scripts) to remember preferences and understand Site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (for example, website hosting, email, scheduling, and analytics providers), each of whom is authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you, and request access to it; request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions; correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you; opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no action is needed; and limit the use of sensitive personal information, to the extent we collect any (we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide our services).

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To exercise a rights request, contact us using the information in Section 9 below. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent. Certain of our programs are offered to teens and young adults with appropriate parental or guardian involvement as described at the point of enrollment.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when this policy was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
