These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website avisatz.com (the “Site”) and the coaching and related services (the “Services”) offered by Satz Integrated Services LLC (“Satz Integrated Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Description of Services
Satz Integrated Services provides executive coaching, life coaching, group coaching, and related educational programs and workshops. Coaching is an educational and developmental service intended to help clients clarify goals, build skills, and improve performance. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice.
2. Not Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Financial Advice
Coaching services are not a form of licensed psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and Avi Satz and Satz Integrated Services are not acting as a licensed therapist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor in connection with the Services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need medical, legal, or financial advice, please consult an appropriately licensed professional. Nothing on the Site or provided through the Services should be relied upon as such advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to engage our Services directly. Programs designed for teens or young adults require the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, as described at enrollment.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to participate actively and honestly in the coaching process, and to make your own independent decisions regarding actions taken as a result of coaching. You are solely responsible for the outcomes of decisions you make.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific result, and testimonials or examples shared on the Site reflect individual experiences that may not be typical or predictive of your own results.
6. Fees, Scheduling, and Cancellations
Fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies for coaching programs will be set out in a separate service agreement or invoice provided at the time of booking. Where no separate agreement governs, requests to reschedule or cancel a session should be made as far in advance as possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided as part of the Services (such as the Satz Empowerment Method framework) — is owned by Satz Integrated Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
9. Testimonials
Testimonials published on the Site are genuine statements from actual clients, shared with permission. Individual results vary, and no testimonial is a guarantee of similar outcomes for any other client.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satz Integrated Services LLC and Avi Satz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
